Have you ever taken a moment to ask yourself, “What do I truly love about myself?” It’s a simple question, yet surprisingly powerful.
In a world that constantly points out what we lack or need to improve, I’ve learned that appreciating something about myself is an act of quiet self-love and rebellion.
So, what’s my favorite thing about myself?
It’s my resilience.

No matter what life throws at me—whether it’s heartbreak, uncertainty, or moments of self-doubt—I always find my way back to hope. I bend, I break at times, but I always gather my pieces and rebuild. Stronger, wiser, and more grounded.
My resilience doesn’t mean I’m always okay. It simply means I choose to keep going, even when things feel too heavy. I show up, not because I have it all figured out, but because I believe that better days are always possible.
It’s the part of me that whispers, “Try again.”
It’s the part of me that holds space for others while still learning to hold space for myself.
And it’s the part that has made me who I am today.
💭 So, what about you? What is your favorite thing about yourself?
